The 27th Buildexpo Tanzania 2026 will take place from 23rd to 25th September 2026 at the Diamond Jubilee Expo Centre, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, running alongside Afriwood, Watertech and Lightexpo Tanzania 2026. As the region's leading platform for the building, construction, lighting and allied industries, the event will showcase the latest innovations while providing three days of business, learning and networking. The event will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Hon. Dr. Leonard D. Akwilapo, Minister of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development. Ambassadors, government dignitaries and industry leaders attending the opening ceremony. The event is supported by the Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade), along with the Architects Association of Tanzania (AAT), the Institution of Engineers Tanzania, NCD, the Tanzania United Contractors and Allied Services Association (TUCASA), and the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA).

Building on the strong global participation of previous editions, the 2026 show will once again welcome exhibitors from more than 30 countries, with visitors from its neighbouring countries. This year's edition brings together leading exhibitors from China, Türkiye, Germany, Portugal, India, Tanzania and Kenya, with several major names taking up large stands to showcase their latest products and technologies - including Changzhou Jwell Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd., Yagmurpen, Shri Bhagwati Machines Pvt.
