The SADC secretariat has launched the SADC Regional Climate Resilient Water Investment Programme (SADC-AIP), a regional initiative to support climate resilience and water security in the region, ahead of the Summit of Heads of State of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) on August 17 in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Water Mission Secures $1 Million Grant for Water Projects in Tanzania and Uganda

Over 53,000 individuals in Tanzania and Uganda will benefit from a safe water program grant that Water Mission and The Coca-Cola Foundation are working on together. Over the following two years, the $1 million funding will support ongoing infrastructure initiatives for safe water and sanitation in Tanzania's Dodoma region and Uganda's eastern region.
