Cement firms seek alternative products

Hashi Energy lands Sh14 billion supplies deal from Dubai venture firm

 Hashi Energy Holdings has inked a lucrative Sh14.18 billion ($140 Million) partnership deal with Dubai's business group S.S. Africa: Rougier upbeat despite sales dip

 French-based African hardwood and plywood producer and distributor Rougier expects growth to resume in the second half, after a difficult first six months. The company reports sales down 8.5% to July at €79.3m. Spices farmers to benefit from training on packaging
