A commercial agreement endorsed to facilitate East Africa Oil and Gas Free Port Project

 The parliament of Ghana has endorsed a commercial agreement between the Government, Lonrho Ports Ghana Limited and Atuabo Free Port Company Limited to facilitate construction of the Ghana Oil and Gas Free Port.

Quantum Power to provide Tema LNG with importation storage in East Africa

SH80 MILLION POWER PROJECT LAUNCHED IN HOMA BAY

 Homa Bay: A power project, which will cost Sh80 million to develop, has been unveiled in Homa Bay county.

 
The ambitious initiative, being undertaken by Kenya Power, is expected to end frequent power outages in the area.

Acorn Group Kenya injects US$455m into a Real Estate project

US$48.2m released by Tanzanian Government for housing project

 WHC is going to construct 50,000 housing units that government workers will be able to buy through low interest mortgage system. The units will be built in five phases, of which the government has released US$48.24m for the construction of the first phase. In this phase, houses will be built in Dar es Salaam, Coast Region, Tanga, Arusha, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Mtwara, Lindi, Tabora, Dodoma, Morogoro, Kilimanjaro, Ruvuma and Mbeya.
