Arab Contractors Company (AC), a leading construction firm has been awarded a tender worth $27M to implement construction of 400km roads stretch in Egypt.

City Lodge Hotel Group has made plans to set up a US $23m 3-star hotel in Kenya at the Runda Estate. Construction works are expected to start in January 2015 and is to be ready by October 2016.
This will be the first time the Group is developing a green-field hotel in East Africa. The $23m three star hotel will be made up of 177 rooms and will be housed on the Two R. . .
Construction of the Standard Gauge Railway in Kenya

87 construction teams have arrived in Kenya from China to ensure the construction of the Standard Gauge railway in Kenya begins September this year. Also included from the China is 2000 pieces of equipment in readiness of the start of the project.
This was revealed on Monday this week in a meeting between President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta and Wen Gang, the Assistant. . .
