Financing mining projects nationwide is one of the six strategies that Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has identified for the nation to improve its mining sector. He emphasised that in order for mining projects to be funded nationwide, financial institutions must have access to the necessary information. He highlighted that financial institutions need to have access to the required data in order for mining projects to be funded nationally. Financial institutions should foster a favourable atmosphere by providing information in order to secure cash to develop various mining projects throughout the nation.

According to Minister of Minerals, Mr. Anthony Mavunde, Rukwa made history by being the first to mine helium as a result of government efforts to develop the nation's mining industry. Whereas, Mr. Mavunde expressed optimism that Tanzania's achievements in this field will serve as a spur for the nation's economy to grow.

In an effort to raise awareness of various technologies used in the mining industry, the PM urged stakeholders in the mining industry to continue participating in forums and similar exhibitions organised in the districts and regions. He gave the audience the assurance that the administration would work relentlessly to implement all of the suggestions and decisions made during the forum. According to Mr. Abdulsamad Abdulrahim, Director of Ocean Business Partners, Tanzania is making strides in the mining industry, as evidenced by the international conference that has been held there. The future of Tanzania's mining industry was discussed by more than 1,600 participants from 75 different countries gathered under one roof.
