TN Harlequin Luxaire (Lifestyle Holdings Limited) to explore East Africa through The Big3 Africa 2015.

The Big 3 Africa is the ultimate exhibition which will house the three most exciting sectors in the east African region namely Building Hardware, Material, Bathroom & Kitchen from 7^th to 9^th May 2015 at KICC, Nairobi – Kenya.

TN Harlequin Luxaire is the largest household furniture manufacturer and retailer in Zimbabwe. The company has been in the furniture business since 1955 as Federation Furnishers and grew organically through the acquisition of other furniture businesses namely Springmaster and Harlequin Furniture.

TN Harlequin Luxaire manufactures lounge furniture, beds, and case goods. As part of its supply chain management strategy, TN Harlequin Luxaire acquired the assets of Wood Industries a saw mill based in Bulawayo. This has made it possible for the company to mill, dry and laminate hard woods into timber boards which are then used by the Harare factory in the manufacture of a wide range of case goods. The company also acquired assets of the Foam Company of Zimbabwe and now manufactures its own foam for use in the manufacture of beds and lounge products.

TN Harlequin Luxaire has two factories in Bulawayo. These are Mordfur that manufactures some of TN Harlequin lounge suites and case goods and the saw mill mentioned above. The bed, case goods, another lounge division as well as the foam factories are based in Harare. The lounge factories manufacture 1,600 lounge suites per month. The bed factory makes on average of 2 000 bed sets per month and the case goods factory processes 200 cubic meters of timber per month that is converted into an assortment of case goods that include wardrobes, dining room suites, bedroom head boards, chests of drawers, coffee tables and several types of occasional pieces of furniture. Of late, case goods division has introduced office furniture and fitted kitchens.

The furniture is retailed in 40 retail outlets country wide.12 in Harare and 28 in other towns. The TN Harlequin furniture division has won several awards due to the quality, durability and superb finish of all its products
