  • Kenya Pipeline Company completes repairs on pipeline leak along Mombasa-Nairobi road

     Kenya Pipeline Company has completed repairs on the pipeline leak on the Mombasa-Nairobi line at kilometer 25 near Mazeras. A statement from the company said the leak occurred due to ageing of the line related to a corrosion defect. Kenya Pipeline has already commenced an environmental remediation exercise to conserve the immediate environment where the leakage took place.

  • National Oil and GDC sign agreement to jointly off er oil, gas drilling services

    Geothermal Development Company and National Oil Corporation of Kenya will jointly offer oil and gas drilling services in Kenya and the region. The two state-owned firms have signed a deal to provide the services by leveraging on their individual and collective technical expertise.   • Oil & Gas Africa: Kenya Plans Oil Export By Mid Next Year
