Plans to boost Transport infrastructure in Africa in top gear

 Plans for the construction of infrastructure in Egypt is in top gear after the Transport Minister Saad el Gioushi and head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) Abdel Aziz Seif met with the president over the weekend to discuss the same.

 
According to the Presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef the minister for transport during the meeting reviewed various challenges facing the sector and called for urgent plan to develop the transportation system in Egypt.
El Gioushi from his side reviewed the ongoing development process to renew the railway infrastructure and said they are n track with the sector and they want to improve further than they got it.
 
El also reviewed the progress in the implementation of road projects carried out by the ministry and called upon all stakeholders to ensure that they are fully involved to keep the transport system of class.
 
For his part, the head of the AOI reviewed the ongoing measures to increase the rate of local production of the carriages of the trains and the underground Metro.
 
The President called for implement the transport projects with the highest standards of quality and in a very short period of time.
 
The president also assured the stakeholders in transport and infrastructure industry for his support and called upon all the ministries to ensure that all projects ongoing are complete on time.
