Sappi sells Cape Kraft recycled packaging mill to Golden Era Group

Following on Sappi's recent announcement of the sale of its Enstra Mill and recycled packaging business, Sappi wishes to announce the sale of its Cape Kraft recycled packaging paper Mill to the Golden Era Group. In March 2015 Sappi initiated a closed tender process after receiving many expressions of interest to buy the mill. It is expected that the transaction will close in September 2015. The. . .

Kibaran Resources’ (ASX:KNL) 50%-owned subsidiary 3D Graphtech has identified two potentially scalable manufacturing techniques for the production of graphene and graphite at low cost and high volumes.
Shares in the company should trade higher on the study results, which also identified a pathway for the development of graphene inks for fused filament fabrication 3D printing.

Plastic Packaging manufacturer and recycler Mpact has signed an agreement with Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to construct a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycling plant worth US $33.06m in Gauteng, South Africa.
