Sino Hydro Tianjin Engineering will undertake expanding of the Outer Ring Road in Nairobi, Kenya at a cost of US$82m. This is after beating other eight firms that submitted bids in the tendering process.
New state-of-the-art hospitals to be built in SA

About 43 new state-of-the-art hospitals are expected to be built across South Africa within the next five years.

A Swedish investor wants to test Kisumu’s real estate appetite with Sh48-million villas.
