With operator training made available with delivery of each machine, the company is working towards the delivery of fit-for-purpose, tailored solutions that will ensure higher productivity and performance.

Through the COTR certification programme, short- and long-term courses will be provided. Short-term courses are designed to deliver on-site solutions to tackle specific problem areas, whereas long-term programmes enhance an employee’s critical thinking capabilities and systematic diagnostic skills.

The programme will go a long way in setting high industry standards within the Panafrican Group, added the company.
